Disclaimer

Estate Checks is a listing desk for Lahore houses, flats, and plots. We publish units you can walk — for cash buyers and for people taking a bank file — with dated public-list tags and the street, utility, and title-path facts you or we recorded. We are not a bank, valuer, or solicitor. We do not sanction loans. We do not certify ownership or “clear title.” We do not say any named bank will take a house.

A “document-complete” line on a paid checklist means the papers named were received and readable — not that they are genuine. A scheme “pass” on the Apna Ghar tools means the numbers fit the stored rules row — not that a bank will disburse, and not that the unit is bank-financeable.

Not a sanction, valuation, or legal opinion. Banks use their own solicitors and valuers. Public lists and scheme rules change. Dated 22 September 2026.

Terms for the paid checklist

You ask for a one-time dated unit checklist: papers on the file, public-list tag, missing-docs list, and scheme-fit arithmetic if you want the Apna Ghar caps. Price band PKR 2,000–5,000, paid by JazzCash or bank transfer after you submit the request form. Delivery is a dated page or a long WhatsApp. Gaps may be filled by hand.

Payment does not buy a warranty, insurance, or a refund if a bank or LDA later disagrees. You may cancel before you pay. After payment, we still owe only the dated checklist described here — not a title search and not an application to any bank.

Lahore units only. We can refuse work that would require us to invent a live listing or name a bank.

Informal evaluation consultancy

A booked evaluation is a walk by someone in the founder’s circle. Fee PKR 10,000, JazzCash or bank transfer. It is not a PEC/licensed valuation, not a bank panel valuer’s report, and not a warranty of market price. Banks will still send their own valuer.

When a unit is marked Evaluated, that badge is public. The evaluation figure is stored privately and is only spoken by our representative if you contact us. Consultant WhatsApp numbers are not published.

Privacy

The checklist and evaluation forms store your name, WhatsApp number, listing URL or address, and notes. The informal evaluation figure is stored separately and is not sent to the public listing page.

We use that data only to produce and deliver the checklist and to count whether anyone paid. We do not sell leads. We do not run an advertising pixel suite. A one-line event log (page, action, date) may be appended when you submit a request or finish the checker.

Do not send CNIC scans or original title deeds unless we ask for a readable photo of a specific page.
